Exchanges and Returns


Exchange

We are happy to exchange your Stretchery apparel if there is a flaw, damage in transit or you wish to change the size. Just email to mail@stretchery.com within 5 days of receiving your order and return the items within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please retain tags in the garment, packing, invoice and any shipping labels that come with the product. 

We will not be able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange which will not include the cost of the original postage & packaging. All exchanges are subject to availability in the same style and color. You are welcome to exchange with another garment of the same or higher value. No Exchanges or Returns for products purchased on Sale or during offers.

In the case of a t-shirt size exchange, please be aware you will be charged an additional fee for the pickup and delivery of the products since this is not covered by our 'Free Shipping' within India policy.

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a traceable insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 2 weeks from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange. Sale items cannot be returned. Please send your items in exchange to the following address:

Returns

Orders once delivered, cannot be returned for a refund.

Cancellations

Orders once placed can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at mail@stretchery.com sharing with us your reason for cancellation.

We will not be able to cancel your order if your request is received post the 24-hour deadline as the order would have been sent for delivery to our logistics service provider. Once sent, the product is considered as purchased and our Exchange Policy above is applicable from that point on. We will, of course, treat exceptional cases with due consideration.
